How do I place an order?

To place an order, please do so by choosing your desired design and simply clicking on "Order Now".

Fill out the customize page, upload your photos and click "Submit".

Your order will be processed and you will receive an invoice via e-mail with in
24 hours. We accept payments through Paypal, where payments are made using credit cards, debit cards or bank account transfers. Because we have teamed up with Paypal, you can be assured that your trasactions and personal information will be secure.

 

Will I get to see a proof?
Yes. We will e-mail you PDF proof of your card for your approval before it is printed. Please review your proof carefully, as changes cannot be made once the printing process begins. Please be aware that colors can vary slightly based on monitor settings. The color of your actual card may be slightly different.

 

Are your cards flat or folded?
All announcements, invitations and holiday cards are flat. All thank you cards and Kids "Fridge Art" cards are folded.

 

Are envelopes included?
Yes, all orders come with envelopes.

 

Is there sales tax?
Yes, sales tax of 5% for all orders.

 

What is the return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. At this time orders are non-refundable, but transferable. Due to the personalization nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (ex: typos, layout). Once you approve your on-line proof, you accept the product as is.
